Hope is something we have inside each one of us. Even at our lowest times of despair, reaching out to others can really help take our focus from ourselves. A simple smile, a small hello or a helping hand -giving something so simple can bring hope to others, thus helping it to grow inside ourselves. Share hope on purpose, we begin to shine which invites others to do the same.

Jean Christians , one year ago

The day seems so much better when the sun is shining.  Please remember it still is.

I try to do the following everyday:  I look into my eyes in the mirror & say out loud "I Love you Jean, I love you Christian, & God Loves You.  You are beautiful & perfect, right here, right now, forever & always in God's eyes.  Thank you God!

I know it takes practise to do this.  I had a hard time looking into my eyes (I would catch myself looking away).  I even would laugh sometimes.

Doing this has really helped me to look at myself as a person with more worth & value.

I encourage you to do this.  You are worth Loving You!
