A simple smile, a small hello or a helping hand -giving something so simple can bring hope to others, thus helping it to grow inside ourselves. Share hope on purpose, we begin to shine which invites others to do the same.

The hardest thing you will ever, & I do mean ever-is to Love Yourself!

You are happy with who you are.  Treat yourself with dignity, honour & respect.

Say no when you need to, say yes to celebrating your individuality.

Forgive yourself easily & quickly.  Know you have the right to take care of You.

How often do we beat ourselves, put our needs last & think we are not worth much?
