Smile

-say hello

-call someone

-write

-text

-send a

happy picture...

Say please

& thank

you

-say anything

pleasant...

You never

know

-you may

be the

only bit

-of kindness

-a person

receives today...

There is always Hope!  I may not always feel like reaching out-I do it anyways & I am always blessed by feeling better for doing it.
