Were coming home!!!

Madelyn’s had work has paid off! We get to go home tonight. She mastered meds (not without fuss), she’s eating and moving (a little). Doc feels her best healing will happen from the comfort of her own home with her family! We couldn’t agree more!

We practiced swallowing candy “pills” and had a little nail and hair session.

We got a visit from specials friends who know all too well the layout of this hospital. They brought us the most amazing basket of fresh fruit treats and some dark chocolate! Yum! They even had a HUGE, warm chocolate chip cookie sent up from downstairs. So good! ☺️

Her IV is out and we’re packed up. Just waiting for Chris to get her to take us home!!

It’s been a busy day! We’re excited to sleep in our own beds!

Love and praises! Thanks again for all the prayers. Keep them coming!! 💗
