Lisa had a doctor appointment last week that began her reconstructive phase of recovery. I was able to visit her this weekend, which did us both a lot of good. She has another appointment next week, but that will be the last for a couple of weeks. Therefore, she will be back in Enid to become reacquainted with the grandchildren and puppy dogs!
You may see her out and about trying to rebuild her stamina for a normal schedule. We are still awaiting word from the cancer DNA test to see if chemo will be required or helpful. Our prayers center upon the not needed option!
Thanks to all who have helped or offered help during this time. Thanks to NOC for conducting a fundraiser to help with the medical and associated costs. We are blessed by our God, church, family, friends, and employer. All of whom have kept us from feeling alone in this fight.
