What is your definition of Cruelty?

1. The quality or condition of being cruel.

2. Something, such as a cruel act or remark, that causes pain or suffering.

Would't you agree that making a horse work long hours pulling a heavy carriage in an un-natural environment that is loud, busy, crowded, cold, hot and pulluted cruel?  While some may see it as tradition or a romantic ride.  I see it as a cruel act that is dangerous to both people and horses.  It is unsafe, it is unfair.
