challenge
-to have
awareness all
the time...
We are
too hard
on ourselves
-too easy
to dismiss
the positive...
It starts
when we
get up
-even before
It could
be a
dream you
had
-not looking
forward to
your day...
I know
I repeat
this
-choose to
be hopeful
on purpose
-say
great things
are going
to happen
to me
today...
I have
to say
these things
-and what
a difference
it's making...
Regardless of
how I
feel
-(I don't
dismiss them)
-I choose
positivity
-on purpose...
It makes
me aware
of the
moments
-what is
helpful
-what I
need to
let go...
There is always Hope! The more I practise mindfulness, the freer I become.
