Healing....

I want

to cry

-I did

yesterday

-but coughing

stopped the

flow of

tears...

Oh silly

stomach

-let the

pain move

-up...

When my

heart is

hurting

-I can

lay my

hand upon

it

-acknowledge

-comfort

-heal...

I'm reaching

out

-sharing my

burdens

-telling strangers

in a 

room

-risking...

I do

not want

-to burden

-push friends

away...

So I

do not

call

-connect...

It feels

safe

-doing it

here

-people don't

have to

read my

words

-feel triggered...

I am

hurting

-but I

am not

consumed...

Feeling is

-dealing

-healing...

There is always Hope!  We all have hurts & we all deserve to heal!
