I Hope to forgive & let go resentment. I Hope to be forgiven.
I Hope to be Healed in mind, body, soul & spirit.
I Hope to be open to learning now & from my past.
I Hope to humbly acknowledge my humanity & yours too.
I Hope to see myself whole & see you whole too.
I Hope to be accepted as I am & to accept you too.
I Hope to receive comfort. I Hope to be able to give comfort.
