There is always Hope!  I wanted to escape fear today; the power had gone out, it was dark & I could not find anyone in the building-I really got scared.  It was getting colder & I felt like a lost kid, alone.....then I saw that my neighbours had come home & spoke to them, it broke the fear-then a wave of memmories came back from times of terrible loneliness & pain.  It is coming out-I am healing, just need to cry.
