Darkness to God's light....

yesterday I

was hit

-sadness overflowing

waves...

fear gripped

-I was

a child

again

-homeless

-lonley

-cold...

darkness covered

-penetrated

-drove into

my soul...

NO

-I am

not there

anymore...

I can

feel pain

-I am

not pain

-alone...

Light filled

every fiber

-a bit

at a

time....

Until I

shone

-with God's

healing love...

There is always Hope!  I find that after having a wonderful day-sadness comes racing in.  This is healing as long as I am mindful & allow the feelings to come....then let them go.
