Reflect....

I have

made mistakes

-I am

not a

mistake...

Today I

read

-"...you are

what you

have done."

This was

referring to

-negative actions

& behaviours...

So if

this were

true

-I would

be damned...

This sentence

stuck to

me

-unearthed deep

hurt &

pain...

So I

wrote out

all the

things I

am not

-ugly

-worthless

-a drunk....

I also

wrote

I am

beautiful

-I am

loved

-I am

God's...

It is

natural for

me to

reflect

-so I

will not

end this

year in

-self pity

-shame

-guilt...

I will

end it

-celebrating just

how awesome

I am

-all thanks

to God

& telling

a friend...

There is always Hope!  The pain has moved to my heart (healing pain) & I will reach out to others & share love on purpose.
