I am healing...

I almost

started to

cry today

-end of

session with

doctor...

I'm out

in public

-I hear

a song

-no

-not safe

to shed

tears...

I wear

shades

-so why

not let

go...

Traffic

-people

-distractions

-mostly fear...

I pray

-I'm eating

recovery

-it's exhausting...

A wonderful

friend said

-it will

happen...

Until then

-I'm so

grateful for

healing pain...

There is always Hope!  I took a huge risk today & shared with my doctor (to me he is a therapist) hurts I had caused others in the past-no judgement, just care.  That is why he has wings-one of my many angels!
