Grace....

"...the blessings

that come

from above

regardless of

merit"

To give

comfort

-with out

reward...

Grace can

take so

many forms

-gentleness

-kindness

-tenderness...

I was

once befriended

by an

unlikely man

-rough in

manner &

words...

Grace had

to have

touched him

-for in

a short

time

-I was

calling him

"Pappi"...

No one

else was

allowed

-he would

get very

angry &

curse them

with hostility...

We met

at a

dive of

a bar

-$1 glass

of beer

-people would

drink there

all day...

On more

then one

occassion

-Pappi would

say

-you don't

belong here

-there is

hope for

you still...

He protected

me from

others

-who had

ill intent...

God's divine

grace was

with me

-for that

was the

time I

drank to

drown...

I daily

pray for

grace

-strength

-mercy

-& God's

unfailing love...

And soon

one day

-I will

be

-set free...

There is always Hope!  Look for grace-a kind gesture is a big form of grace.
