"Tears of a child"....

A scrawny

little boy

-lay tightly

curled

-upon a

thread worn

ugly orange

couch...

Wailing again

from pain

-either tummy

ear or

swollen glands

(not much

of a sound

when glands

were swollen

-for he

could hardly

swallow his

own spit)...

He has

parents &

sibilings

-though no

one seemed

to care...

Oh

-he would

get the

frequent scream

to shut

the f-up

-or a

smack...

I dont'

know if

he was

left there

-when the

rest of

the family

went out

-sadly

I think

this the

case...

When he

was crying

-to the

poor little

guy

-it was

forever...

When he

got hit/beaten

-he was

hurt more

if he

cried

-can't have

none of

that...

He stopped

crying out

for mommy

-for no

comfort would

be gained...

And never

for dad

-for father

inflicted upon

this precious

soul

-terror...

There is always Hope!  When we hear a kid crying today-investigate & if the child is being abused, call the police-we are all responsible for all children!
