Strength received....

After an

intense therapy

session

-the focus

on past

relationships...

I go

to my

bike

-flat tire...

I'm still

challenged by

my back

&legs

-so to

a bike

shop I

go...

I pray

to find

one quickly

-I want

a nap

-I feel

drained yet

lighter

-letting go

more of 

my past...

It took

a while

-finally found

a shop

that would

fix my

tire...

I walked

a lot

-slush everywhere

-I kept

praying...

I did

not lose

my peace

-can't say

I was

joyful

-more light

& free...

Finally got

a nap

-rest at

last...

Wanted to

stay in

bed

-but getting

too late

-hungry

-need to

write

-paint....

There is always Hope!  God gave me the strength I needed & my legs & back felt better-I was concerned that walking in slush would cause more pain.
