Jokes can really hurt...

Has some

one said

-something so

-absurd

-inappropriate...

Even though

it was

meant as

a joke

-to laugh

at your

past

-not to 

take ourselves

too seriously...

And you

laugh

-but your

body reacts

later

-in pain...

Have you

ever heard

the saying

-"there is

truth in

every joke...."

I know

this person

was projecting

-however

-it does

not leave

me feeling

safe...

There is always Hope!  I prayed, wrote a letter to this person (that I will not share) shared the letter with two great safe friends & feel much better.
