Brand new every morning....

Woke up

this morning

-as if

I were

back on

scheduale...

I pray

that I

can nap

-I require

more energy...

I don't

want to

dwell on

yesterday

-it only

brought anxiety

& pain...

made brand

new

-every morning..."

I am

going to

hold onto

that

-push away

unhelpful thinking...

"I expect

great things

-to happen

to me

today..."

There is always Hope!  I did not speak to my sponser yesterday-he is the one who said an inappropriate joke.  I confronted him about this earlier & he did say sorry.
