Oh I wish...

Child-like dreams

of everything

-changing

-like magic

-as one

reads

-in Fairy Tales...

All the

sadness

-hurt

-past rejections

-lack of

inclusion 

-loneliness

-is gone...

Will it

be

-this Christmas

-this wondrous

time of

year

-that

-finally

-I am

-cared for

-wanted...

My inner-child

-cries &

cries

-& even

begs

-so

-longingly

-for this

reallity

-to come

-true...

And me

-older

-despite 

all knowledge

-understanding

-must confess

-I want

-I need

-I pray

-for this

too... 

There is always Hope!  I have been feeling a lot of sadness about this coming Christmas.  And even though it's painful, I am grateful too- for feeling it now will not overwhelm me at Christmas time.  And I know to reach out for support, especially from God.
