Positive Distractions

I know it can easy to become distracted, it happens to all of us.  What about choosing positive distractions?  When you are feeling stressed, anxious or troubled by life's challenges-choose to do something that takes your mind off of yourself.  Just getting out of the place you are in changes your energy.  I know it sounds simple, however, choosing to do something simple can get you away, bring a new perspective, help you to take your mind off your challenges.

 

Some postive distactions: call a good friend, walk in nature, watch something funny, dance.
