You are worth it!

The day seems so much better when the sun is shining.  Please remember it still is.

I try to do the following everyday:  I look into my eyes in the mirror & say out loud "I Love you Jean, I love you Christian, & God Loves You.  You are beautiful & perfect, right here, right now, forever & always in God's eyes.  Thank you God!

I know it takes practise to do this.  I had a hard time looking into my eyes (I would catch myself looking away).  I even would laugh sometimes.

Doing this has really helped me to look at myself as a person with more worth & value.

I encourage you to do this.  You are worth Loving You!
