Let peace in!

Why, why, why?  When, when, when?  These are two questions we can ask ourselves, over & over.  And of course there are more.....It is like going in circles inside our head.  Or doing the same thing over & over, expecting a different result.  How does doing these things help us in anyway?

They do not.  Yet we can find ourselves doing it time & again.

To change a pattern of thinking & acting-replace them with thoughts & actions that give you peace, joy & serenity.

It takes practise to change....one day I said "No" everytime I started to think of something negative.  I do not know how many times I said -no, but it was a lot!

Start your day by saying "Great things are going to happen to me today!"  We can choose to have a positive outlook everyday.  You are worth it!
