Love Cup!

Everyday, when we get up-our love tank....or maybe think of it as a cup, needs to be filled.  Only God can fill this cup.  I am sharing this because this has become an important realization for me.

Some of you may dissagree, however, think about the times you are feeling, lonely, afraid or hopeless (or all of these).  We try to get our needs met by others, and at times it seems to work for a while-then the need can become even stronger.

Many of us use work, exercise, food, alcohol, drugs, sex, tv, the internet.....to distract us from how we are really feeling.  Some of these can be postive distactions, yet anything in excess is not healthy.

The most important point is that things & people can not fill our cup of love.  However you choose to fill this cup, can only be done by you.  And when our love cup is full, we do not feel lonely, hopeless & afraid.

Remeber-you are worth so much!
