Getting out!

I just got back from an art opening.  It was interesting to see the space, which is also a store.  Art is very personnal & so what one may like others will not, however, there is always something to learn, for me as an artist.

My theme today is to get out....try something different, gently push yourself beyond your comfort zone.  It is hard at first, yet with practise, it can become a stepping stone towards freedom.  

I have started swimming recently & what a healthy impact it has made in my life.  I also enjoy going to different libraries around the city-I get movies to borrow for free.

Getting out helps us to get out of hopeless thoughts & feelings.
