Today I listened to a person sharing their pain.

Today I called a friend who was in need.

Today I gave a stranger a helping hand.

Today I spoke up for some one who could not.

Today I encouraged a family member who was feeling down.

Today I put my room mate's needs before my own.

Today I wrote back, with words of gratitude.

Today I prayed for everyone I know & do not know.

Today I asked God to bless those who curse me.

Today I believe the best in all of us.

Today I say You Are Worth So Much!
