Money/tool

Most of us obsess about money; whether you have enough, want more, what you would do/buy if you had more, thinking life would be so different with more.  I know that we all can feel very hopeless regarding money.

I am challenged by it & I try to look at money as a tool.  Lets say like a knife-handy for cutting, digging, using like a screwdriver & of course using it as a weapon.

So money, like a tool can be used to help us or to hurt. A lot of people have hurt themselves & others because they chose to use money as a negative tool.

I used to spend all my money on alcohol & it ruined my life.  I thank God that I had an invitation to AA & I no longer drink.  I use this as an example to express the negative use of money-the alcohol became a destructive tool to cope, and many of us use money in a way that does not help us.

When we learn how to manage our money-budgeting, saving, giving, paying off debts & so on....it loses it's power over us-we use it like a helpful tool.

I know this takes discipline & it does not happen if we do not put a plan in place-untouchable savings account, paying off all the bills first, buying food & all your other essentials is a good start.

And learning to be happy with what you have right now, is so important.  When we focus on what we do have & really appreciate where we are at-it becomes truly amazing how free we can think & feel.

It is also vital to keep our hopes & dreams alive-and there are things we need to have & do for them to become a reality.  See what you can do, with what you have, to make them come true-part of it is waiting.....

There is so much abundance for everyone on this earth & we all deserve to have the best that life has to offer-start by being thankful for the simple things.

We are all worth so much!

God Bless
