Trust Yourself continued

Trust: reliance on another person or entity.  We all have trust issues-we have all been let down, put down or simply forgotten.

It takes time to learn to trust anyone-I have heard the term; he is too trusting.  It is important to have faith in others, yet when someone lets you down time & time again-it's hard & especially if it is several people or a group.

What is more important is to trust yourself.  Trust your judgment-what is in your best interest, how are you taking care of you?

Fear comes out when we have a hard time trusting ourselves-also when we have let others make our decisions for us.  So when we need to do it on our own-it can be frightening.

There is always hope!  Ask people you trust to give you input-it is important that you decide what is best, however, a good friend does not tell you what you should or should not be doing.

What if I do not trust anyone?  There are self help books out there for just about everything-also the internet is a good tool.

Listening to your inner voice helps & listening to your gut feelings.  If something does not feel right, step back & ask yourself am I rushing into something?-doing it out of fear?-believe I do not have any other choices?

If your thoughts are racing or confused, give yourself more time-you have the right to do what you need to do to stay healthy; mind, body, soul & spirit.

I am on a continual journey of healing & learning to trust is a big part of it.  I am grateful that I can pray & ask God for help in every area of my life.  If you believe in something else, I encourage you to study trust in your belief.

And remember that nurturing yourself is so important to grow & excell in all aspects of your life.

You Are Worth So Much!

God Bless
