Do you ever feel like you are drifting through life? It can be some days or a lot of them. I ask this because I have days like that-not that I neglect my plans for each day, but sometimes I am tired, out of sorts &/or too busy.
I find that I can get over anxious about things I need to do in the week & it can leave me feeling drained-the constant change in temperature does not help.
So I do the necessary things of the day that do not require a lot of focused thinking-swim, eat, grocery shop, clean etc.
Being gentle with myself, at this time, is so important-if I make demands on myself, then I can get frustrated & eventually sick.
I know I have written about this before, however, I believe we need to remind ourselves everyday-when we do not sleep enough, have quiet times & fun times, life can feel like an endless tread mill.
Life is too short, so make plans to make the most of every day-you will be nurturing Hope inside!
