I am challenged by depression, panic attacks & extreme mood swings; I take medication for all of them. The medication on it's own does not "fix" these issues-they can become overwhelming. The medication along with a strong support system, healthy coping tools, diet, exercise & being gentle with myself is so vital & important.[...]
