not amusing

-lack of

energy

drive

purpose

caring...

The days

when everything

is hard

-& you

got to

push

& push

just to

get the

basic things

done...

One wrong

word

glance

-it is

taken as

a personal

attack...

Tears want

to fall

-yet that

even passes

too tired...

It is

not like

this all

day long

-but when

it comes

no mercy

no ending...

Until you

change the

channel

-get out

walk

distract

read

& write

it here...

I am going through a challenging time.  I will reach out & I do nurturing things.  I will get past this & be stronger for it!
