To be

angry at

-injustice

-cruelty

-abuse...

Anger is

a strong

tool

-to awaken

passion

-compassion

-and do

something great

about it...

I'm not

talking about

-using it

as a

weapon

-to hurt

others...

For to

do so

-you will

pay for

it latter...

There is always Hope!  My anger has hit me-mostly towards myself.  And that is not being gentle & loving.
