A good day...

Oh what

a busy

day

-it started

early

yet

there is

so much

more

to do...

I painted

today

yeah!

-it has

been quite

some time...

Saw a

friend I

have not

seen

-she moved

out of

our building

last year...

I try

to get

things

done

-so Friday

doen't become

overwhelming...

It makes

such a

difference

-when I

reach out...

I know

I am

all over

the place

-trying to

get my

words out...

Spirits are

lifting

changes

occuring

-healing

in full

swing...

Today is

a really

good day

-nothing

stressful

only

loosely planned

errands &

house keeping...

It is all the little things during the day that really make a difference-& all the stuff was adding not taking away.

There is always Hope!
