Home & without...

A person

sitting on

the street

-perhaps a

little unkept

even dirty...

Another asking

for change

just something

-their voice

may be

rough

even pleading...

Pushing shopping

carts

full

-their only

possessions

important

things...

Oh I

could never

let myself

become homeless

-you may

say...

Do you

really think

the homeless

-one day

decided this...

Oh how

much fun

they exclaim

-it is

all I

ever dreamed

for...

Before you

judge

educate

yourself

-learn about

how so

many came

to this

reality...

Thank God

everyday for

your home

-the blessings

you may

take for

granted...

I have

been homeless

not fun

-I still

get dreams

of finding

one...

And my

heart still

hurts

-for those

without

a sanctuary...

There is always Hope!  If you are afraid that this may happen to you, ask for help-you may need to live with others, however, it is so much better than having no home at all.
