Get mad....
I am
feeling resentment
-regarding
-mental health
issues
-poverty
-homelessness
-addictions
-that I'm
still feeling
unwell...
I know
the triggers
-yet
resentment is
a poison
-I want
to let
it go...
It is
okay to
feel angry
-letting it
out
in a
healthy way...
Writing this
out really
helps
-I know
my issues
with the
forementioned subjects
hit me
personally...
I will
address them
with my
supports
-and I
hope more
healing will
occur...
It has
to
-I choose
recovery on
purpose...
There is always Hope! Get mad, punch a pillow, let it out-it is healing!
