We all need human connections...

For the

most part

-I am

not concerned

if people

like me...

Yes

-I want

to be

liked...

However

-it is

more important

to be

-cherished

-appreciated

-celebrated

-loved...

There are

always those

who will

not like

me

-why allow

that to

steal my

joy...

Before

-I use

to say

-either people

liked me

or hated

me

(I wanted

to be

noticed)...

As I

become more

-centered

-peaceful

-compassionate

-understanding

-loving...

I am

repelled by

negative &

angry human

beings

-places

-things...

When I

put myself

near negativity

-I suffer

-get anxious

-even ill...

Sometimes it

can't be

helped

-so I

pray even

more

-talk about

the occurance

-see what

I can

learn from

it

-how I

can benefit...

We all

deserve

-to feel

safe &

secure...

There is always Hope!  I have had to go to places I felt really uncomfortable, so I would ask a friend to come with me-some one had my back.
