Healthy routines...
I went
swimming today
-Yeah......
It is
so important
to have
something to
look forward
to
-for me
that is
everyday...
I hope
for sunshine
-to feel
better
-to start
painting again...
I find
when I
exercise daily
-I have
more energy
-I feel
better
-I get
more accomplished...
Last month
-just getting
out of
bed was
a success....
My goal
is to
stay healthy
-get up
early
-eat sooner...
I can
hardly wait
-to start
dancing again...
I am
getting art
books
-to inspire
me to
paint...
Writing each
day
-without censor
in my
journal...
Eating more
vegetables
-instead of
just junk...
I will
get back
into my
routine
-with gentleness
& care...
There is always Hope! I really got angry (well just for a bit) last night-it drives away depression. Balance is the key & I will not beat myself up for not being able to be a machine-getting a lot done.
