wonder of

its destination...

I feel

the sun

face

-brightening my

soul...

I touch

a person

-in person

or on

the phone

-connecting together

-building relationships...

A moment

is real

-when I

take notice

of my

surrondings...

-reach out

to God

-in thought

-in word

-in song

-in prayer...

Remember to

notice each

moment

-they help

to build

-they help

growth

-they help

change...

There is always Hope!  When I get stuck on negative emotions, I start to speak out loud-I choose hope on purpose, I choose peace on purpose, I choose joy on purpose, I choose love on purpose, I choose to live on purpose....
