What lies within...

Well

-today the

anger is

coming out...

There is

also resentment

-the anger

is healthy

-resentment just

steals joy...

I was

triggered by

family

-what works

in their

scheduale...

I grew

up that

way

-I was

at the

mercy of

authority...

Not anymore

-I have

the right

to be

-considered

-respected

-counted...

I do

not feel

that way

with some

-so I

choose to

limit association...

What lies

within me

-hope

-strength

-peace

-love

-compassion

-understanding...

All

-by the

strength

mercy

& grace

of God...

There is

also unresolved

-hurt

-fears

-pain

-anger

-regrets

-resentments...

How I

deal with

all that

today

-is how

my future

will be

shaped...

I choose

to let

go

-continue on

my healing

journey...

There is always Hope!  There is so much in us that is wonderful-please give yourself permission to let it out.
