Knowing & allow the healing....

My heart

is broken

-the pieces

countless...

Oh it

is a

relief

-confusion

has run

too far...

All the

obsessive

-thinking

-acting

-being...

Now I

know why

-lack of

appetite

-sleep

-energy

-restlessness...

And so

so much

pain

-knocking me

over

-time &

again...

There are

many contributers

-family

-places

-the past...

I now

feel more

at peace

-I know

how to

move forward...

Self love

-nurturing

-gentleness

-boundaries

-connections...

I thank

You God

-for Your

unfailing love

will restore

-strengthen

-make me

better off

then before...

There is always Hope!  Healing comes when I stop trying to force it-also let peace, joy, hope, love in.
