I still can't believe it's the month of March already! Thanks again for your continued concern and prayers as we continue on this unexpected journey. Last Friday marked 6 weeks since the accident. The girls visited the site together on Sunday afternoon. They saw the skidmarks, stood next to the tree where the car finally landed, and picked up pieces of glass and even small pieces of the car...and were thankful to not only be alive, but walking. A man walked by, stopped, and asked if they were the girls who had been in the accident. He said he had been praying for them. How great that he could see visible answers to his prayers! The girls had done 'double church" that morning...service at Desert Springs Church and then over to Desert Chapel. They are learning to trust God fully.

Here's an update from TC on Becca: she was able to reach up to her left ear with her left arm!Her lower back and pelvis are painful, but heat and PT (physical therapy) are helping with that.  We continue to be blessed with Kellie's friendship and thankful they are able to go through this terrible ordeal with each other. They are enjoying youth group on Thursday nights and church together on Sundays.

Kellie had an EEG on Friday...the guy worked hard to place (by hand) all the sensors around her halo. I believe the test results will show no seizure issues. Today we returned to the neurosurgeon; the xray showed that the (neck) bones are healing. The girls still have another 6 weeks in the halo; they are hoping to get them removed on the same day (towards the end of April)! They will have stiff collars and rehab following the halo removal. We know that when they look back someday, these 3 months won't have seemed that long, but right now...with the day in and day out of an immobilized neck and an 8 pound contraption fastened to your head...time is passing slowly.

Ephesians 3:14-19 "For this reason I kneel before the Father...I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
