5 DAYS LATER...

BECCA:  Becca was moved out of ICU yesterday (Tuesday, 25th) which is really great news!!  Becca's family is asking for prayer for no complications re: the head injury.  They are extremely thankful for all your prayers.

KELLIE:  Follow up tests were done this morning on her brain,neck,lung and kidney - results later today to pass along to you. Until then, there is a pressing issue of insurance. The Kaiser rep who made the determination yesterday that Kellie could receive her acute rehab at DRMC (local) seems to have made a hasty decision not based on complete information. Since Kellie is under 19 Kaiser will not allow it here. Dr.Ercoli, our trauma  doctor wants Kellie to go to the pediatric facility at Loma Linda Hospital in Redlands but Kaiser would not pay for it. Kaiser wants a different facility in Riverside. Furthermore Kaiser would not allow Stacie to stay with Kellie at their rehab facility and Stacie would have to pay for her own lodging.

Appreciate your prayers that God would intervene to work out the details for Kellie's best care.
