I'm a 20 something girl with BIG feelings. I have many mental illnesses and writing a daily journal helps me cope. Right now, I'm unable to work due to my illnesses. I'm hoping that some of my writing could help other people (With mental health issues or not), in letting them know that they aren't alone. Feeling our emotions and setting them free is how you connect with your true self. Keeping those thoughts inside and bottling up is dangerous for you own self. Be your true self, let your words fly; like little flowers in the sky.
