I am truly sorry to be gone so long. I mean to come and tell my story, but my plate has been in a state of trying to understand it’s shape and usage. I have a fork and spoon but I either don’t eat fast enough or I have a well meaning chef adding on. God has been trusting me way too much again. I am blessed though. I truly believe that. This weekend was the best. Cale, AJ, Niki, and I built Tami’s b-day present on Saturday while Ariana massaged Tami’s neck and temples. We were blessed by dinner from the Medefind’s, and even ate it on our new table under the stars. Yesterday was a cooking day, with Niki and AJ preparing breakfast burritos that we could freeze and restore many mornings to come. Niki made tacos for dinner and the leftover supplied my morning sustenance already today. Tami took a step forward today, being the first day she could go from lying to sitting, or sitting to a sitting in different chair without passing out. We are getting her electrolytes back in order a little better each day. Emesis is her biggest enemy these past few days and Tylenol is maintaining a relative pain deliverance. We are sad but in love with our Matriarch. She needs us, and we stand by her side as the wind blows furiously, and the rain dampens our spirit, and Jesus chooses to mend our soul enough for every tomorrow that we are about to face. We are loved even in the storm.

so are you...

    Thanks for the update - I was literally just thinking, wondering, praying and hoping. Dear Jesus, please comfort Tami, ease her pain and emesis, strengthen her body, soul and spirit, and bless those who are holding her hand and caring for her through this storm. Amen. {{HUGS}}

    Mark, This is a poem I wrote about 7 years ago, along with many others. I shared them with Tami when we had our girls weekend away. I remember our trip like yesterday, precious, fun, spiritually uplifting and special time with a dear friend. This is one of the poems she read that day. Seems appropriate to share today. Love you all and praying my heart out. Steph Jesus Bring the Rain Jesus bring the rain Guide me through the storm I will rise above And share your love my Lord Jesus bring the wind Let my spirit soar I will reach new heights All for you my Lord Jesus bring the fire Deep within my soul Build a strong desire Your vision is my goal Jesus bring the rain Cast out all my pain I will live again I know you have a plan With the rain comes the beauty of the glory of God When the showers are sprinkling down… Life just unfolds in front of my eyes Enjoy the rain and live in the now You are guiding me, through good times and bad When life just seems at its worst You show me things that I’ve overlooked You bring happiness to my world Jesus bring the rain Guide me through the storm I will rise above And share your love my Lord by Stephanie Jaurique

    Heavy sigh, heavy heart. Lifting prayers that, though the road be long and rough, God will carry you through the rough parts, deliver all that you need to face every tomorrow, and that God's will be done.

    Thank you for all the updates, but, as biter sweet as it may be. I wanna be there! But. not to worry, Aunt Kathy will be there next week, 11/12/2019 at , although late, 'bout 10:30 pm... You'll have to remind Bro Cale bout that. Things here have been running pretty smoothly with Gma Betty's move; stressful, but coming along. Well; Belly rubs and ear scratches, fruit and seeds, grapes and seeds, and a HUGE huggdey-hug-hug to you all. We love you and asre, sd

    I'm really glad that this chapter in my childhood got reopened because I see now that we never in a billion years would have ever worked out. This all gave me complete and total closure. I wish your family all the best. Also I discovered that it wasn't you in my dream. It was someone else. I got you confused with someone else.
