Thankful

It has been a whirlwind of a year and I have not written in a while. On this Thanksgiving day, there is so much to be Thankful for. A year ago we got the diagnosis. A year ago, mom was told 6 months. Today 12 months later mom is living her life. It’s not always easy, and there are good days and bad, but how thankful we are to have this day together.          I have never been a fan of Thanksgiving, over eating and turkey just are not my gig. But I am a fan of being Thankful. This year there is so much to be thankful for. Take the time to tell everyone you love how thankful you are. Enjoy today and every day. I am thankful for my family, my friends, and all the moments I get with mom. From our crazy outings, to our phone calls, to painting the house and picking peaches. I am thankful for it all. Never take a single day for granted, and remember to share the love and thankfulness. In this world we live in we all could be a bit more humble and thankful. I wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thank you all for the continuous love. I am most thankful for each and every one of you. Happy Thanksgiving!

I love you both and I have one question: Why is the lamp from "A Christmas Story" missing its shade? ❤️❤️ See you both soon.

I believe it broke when the dogs ran through the house.😁 I tried to use a bunch of pictures, but this is the only one that loaded!
