Better Each Day

Dear Family and Friends,

I am making good progress and am doing a little better each day. On friday the PA removed the nasal splints. The good news is that there is no sign of infection and that the healing is progressing well. Happily, I can breathe through my nose, though only partially at this point. It will take 6-8 weeks for the swelling to go down. Then I will know what the “new normal” is for me.

Sharp provided excellent care and I plan to return to the office towards the end of next week.

On Wednesday, I have my six month oncology check-up. I feel pretty good, so am hopeful it will be just fine.

Thank you for your support!

So glad you’re on the mend, Jim. I know that must’ve been a quite unpleasant ordeal! I hope your appointment next Wednesday goes well, so I am mustering up all the karma I can send you : . . . . . . . . . 😇🤞🤞💪
