I am traveling to another island with Pastor Gerry and his wife to see them off and to talk to the head lady in Tacloban concerning an orphanage. It looks like the Lord will be starting a real, legitimate orphanage and it will be mine to build and run with no other authority besides ptr. Gerry himself. This is great news and we have the hearts for the orphans the Lord has put within us. So my wife and I are on our way to begin a new orphanage.

Besides that we have the internet cafe to supplement our monthly support and we are praying about the the ability to finish it. There are almost 1000 students that need computers, we just need the COMPUTERS! If anyone is ready to upgrade their computers, please send the old units our way.

It was the most amazing thing the last two nights. Ubert, the boy that was in serious trouble and just plain evil when I arrived. But Ubert has taken, Jr the orphan, under his wing. Ubert stopped coming to our house because of Jr but I told Uberts sister that Ubert is my best friend and I missed him very much; the next day Ubert was at our house and has not left. Cris Ann's father is building a hut from the extra material, from the cafe, for Ubert and jr to live in and they are soooo excited.

Ubert's mother is dead and his father is gone and his sister can’t be happier that we have taken him in. But for all he is, that's my hommie!

Lastly, I am so tiered about thinking about putting effort into writing blogs about financial support. I read a book about traditional ways missionaries raise money and tips and trick in the art of raising support and it made me sick.

Here is where I am at; we need $800 every month to survive and this is a life style that most people could not possibly imagine. At this point we are at $400 dollars a month. We need several thousand more to complete the internet cafe and start the business that will support our ministry, the orphanage, the boys living with us and the Church we are looking to start.

James says we have not because we have not asked, so I will pray for all these things. However, I am finished allowing money/support to influence the things I do and write. In one word the universe was spoken into creation and my Father promise to provide if we seek His Kingdom first

So no more! No more traditional support letters or updates asking for money. No more letters tying to raise emotion like those African baby commertials we have all seen on TV. If the Lord brings an emergency then ok and other situations like that.

Anyways, I am done allowing money/support to influence ANYTHING I do! I have seen the Lord put me on thr hearts of people that I would have never expected or even known.

I will update and allow others to enjoy in the miracles of God.

Lastly, those who have donated over the years I am so greatly thankful and the Lord has used your faithful giving to change two villages and more open the way! All I am saying is I can’t live with money and support influencing the things I do/
