Sorry for the delay in updates! Since my last post, Z has completed two more rounds of chemo. He is still working hard to recover from his seizures and the chemo rounds really wipe him out. He is tolerating the medication fairly well, but the process is incredibly draining and treatment is not without unpleasant side effects. I will give a more thorough update of what's been going on with him, but I wanted to write a quick note tonight to thank everyone for the incredible outpouring of support!

The Z.Soccer.4.Hope Fundraiser officially kicks off tomorrow and I can't believe how quickly friends, family, and even strangers have rallied around Z in this time of need. The tournament is taking place tomorrow at Georgetown Visitation with a BBQ to follow, and I know many friends and family will be "Having a Ball" at home together to contribute to the fundraising efforts. It's been a very difficult time, but it also reveals how many truly wonderful people we are surrounded by. Looking forward to a great day tomorrow of celebrating and loving Z!
