I AM Your God
"...you shall KNOW that I AM your God." ~Exodus 16:12
"Among the gods there is none like You, O Lord; Nor are there any works like Your works." ~Psalm 86:8
"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us," ~Ephesians 3:20
Last week Glen and I learned the cancer cells are still present and small tumors are starting to form again. In an effort to eradicate the situation another chemo drug was offered, but I had an allergic reaction both times upon administration.
Tomorrow, we will consult again with Oncologists and try one more treatment to stop the growths while we wait for eligibility through a grant to try a non-conventional, curative method not covered by insurance. This process, however, could take up to six weeks and I realize time is not on my side. But then I remember: GOD-is-for-me. He never shows up late. He already has a plan in place and everything He does is supernatural.
Loved ones, a miraculous healing IS going to happen one way or another. Either He is going to heal me physically or He is going to bring me to wholeness in Heaven. For now, the Almighty God who spoke the universe into existence is keeping me safe by the power of His voice. Though disappointments and setbacks have occurred, we can find comfort and hope in knowing He is always up to something far better than we imagine. Let us not limit the holy One (Psalm 78:41) by doubting His promises but rather let us trust that His plans exceed anything we could think of. Please wait with me in patient prayer "until we see how the matter will turn out." (Ruth 3:18)
Lord, You are my God. Let your abundant mercy and grace fill my entire being. I know You will do for me what no one else can do!

Be still my soul the Lord is on thy side
Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain
Leave to thy God to order and provide
In every change He faithful will remain
Be still my soul thy best, thy heavenly friend
Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end.
