Bareburger is holding a fundraiser for me AUGUST 19!

Hey, everyone. Many of you know that my amazing boyfriend, Brandon, works at Bareburger and they have put together a one day fundraiser TODAY at 20 of their locations. They're asking people to make a donation to my cancer fund, and anyone who does will get free fries! 

The current locations are: East Village, Murray Hill, Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen 57th Street, 73rd Street, 87th Street, 31st Ave (Astoria), Ditmars, Long Island City, Laguardia, Bayside, Great Neck, Hoboken, Port Washington, Philly, Columbus, Ohio, Forest Hills, Court Street and Park Slope. If in doubt, call your local location and ask before arriving!

This all started when Brandon asked for a day off to accompany me for surgery (to implant the port.) His manager apparently talked to the owner (who owns 4 Bareburger locations - they're independently owned) and they told Brandon that they wanted to set up a fundraiser. The owner talked to the corporate offices, and all of the sudden other owners wanted to be a part of the fundraiser. As of noon today, 20 Bareburger locations across NYC, NJ, and even one in Philly and Columbus OH are helping! I'm so stunned by their efforts to help me pay for the non-covered costs of cancer treatment.

To participate: All you have to do is go to one of the above locations and make a donation of any size, and they will give you free fries as a thank you. I invite you to try their menu aside from the fries as well - all of their food is organic and ethically sourced, and they have a wide array of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free fare.
