The world has been left a dimmer place now that this bright ray of sunshine has been taken from it too soon. Although I only knew Lacey from work... She made each and every day I worked with her better. Always willing to help with a positive attitude... But best of all she made me feel like I made her day better too! I will always remember and love her for that. Sadness abounds, but sweet memories will overcome...

I'm so incredibly sorry and heartbroken to hear of Lacey's passing. We were just kids when we had the opportunity to see each other last but I can still see her smile and feel the joy she possessed. I remember her as kind and welcoming. I am deeply saddened by your loss and I pray for strength for your family during this difficult time and for grace to endure the loss of such a beautiful person.

I’m unbelievably saddened to read this update. My heart hurts for Lacey’s family. I’ve worked with Lacey for many years. As everyone has already echoed she was so kind, sweet and showed a great amount of patience. She always took the time to say hi to me and I don’t think I ever saw her without a smile on her face. My heat is broken for your family. She is a huge loss here on earth but a big gain in heaven. I'm sure she is dancing and celebrating her new life in a healthy body. Cory and I are so sorry to hear this. We have many great memories of hanging out with her and Jon over the years. It's been a long time, but most recently we crossed paths with her when Cory had surgery at Mercy. What a great surprise we had that morning when we saw sweet Lacey was there to help us. So sorry for your loss. Thinking of the whole family during this difficult time.

I was lucky to work with Lacey for a long time at Mercy . When she brought up patients she was always smiling and we were able to chat for a few minutes . I was always trying to get her to come back and work on the floor as an aide again because she was just such a wonderful person to be around . You will be missed Lacey !!! Prayers to your family .

My heart is breaking for you and your family. I am just so thankful to have meet Lacey this summer with you ,Linda, at the lake. She will always be smiling in my memory!
